5.3 Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time verification codes with any other person. hoki188 will not be liable for losses or unauthorised transactions arising from a User's failure to secure their Account access details.

Deposits and Payments

6.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the User's own name. hoki188 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits originating from an account belonging to another person will be refused and returned where technically possible, net of any applicable banking charges.

6.4 Deposits using Bonus Funds or credits obtained through fraudulent means, charge-backs or other irregular means will be subject to reversal and the associated Account may be suspended or permanently closed.
Clause 7

7.4 hoki188 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount involved is significant or where the withdrawal pattern is inconsistent with prior activity.
Note: Withdrawals made before completing the wagering requirements on any active bonus will result in the forfeiture of all remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from those funds. Real-money balances not connected to a bonus are not affected by this clause.
Clause 8
Bonuses and Promotions

Prohibited Conduct
9.1 Users must not engage in any of the following conduct when accessing or using the Platform:
- Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
- Accessing the Platform through automated bots, scripts or other non-human interfaces without prior written consent from hoki188;
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to access the source code, algorithms or data structures underlying Platform systems;

Clause 10
Intellectual Property

Clause 13
Amendments to These Terms

13.2 The version of these Terms displaying the most recent "Last updated" date will govern the relationship between hoki188 and each User from that date forward. Users who do not accept the revised Terms must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure.
